I “Veganized” these Snickerdoodle Donut Muffins!

When my friend shared an ALREADY egg free version of these donut muffins from sweet little bird, I just knew they’d veganize well.


To avoid plagiarism and give credit where credit was due, I followed her recipe EXACTLY but:


  1. replaced the milk with full fat soy milk

  2. replaced butter with vegan baking sticks

  3. I also chose to use only cinnamon and no nutmeg

  4. her recommendation is mini muffins - I did full size. I am not sure how long they were in but I cooked til inside pulled a clean toothpick. The tops didn’t brown much. Doesn’t matter... you’re rolling them in topping!


Don’t be afraid to tweak that omni recipe. It’s pretty rare that they don’t turn out pretty good. But believe me when I say... these are worth it!
